Early Careers Teacher Support            

We are delighted to be a delivery partner for LEAD Teaching School Hub in Lincolnshire to support, motivate and inspire a new generation of teachers.

Early Careers Framework

Our experienced specialists work with colleagues from LEAD and Voyage to ensure Early Careers Teachers receive comprehensive support and development during their two year induction programme.

We deliver training to meet the requirements of the framework including:

• Behaviour Management
• Pedagogy
• Curriculum
• Assessment
• Professional Behaviours

Each ECT receives a detailed programme to support them as they navigate through induction in their individual schools.   

The ECF programme also provides an excellent networking opportunity where newly qualified teachers can forge links with peers to last throughout their careers.

Appropriate Body Services

As a delivery partner for Appropriate Body (AB) services, we play an important role in statutory teacher induction.  This includes working hand in hand with schools to ensure each ECT receives their statutory entitlements.  We also form part of the induction quality assurance process.
